The Investigative Committee said 33 passengers and four crew members were able to evacuate once the plane stopped.
It remains unclear who the people in the video are. According to reports, only three passengers who sat behind him in row 10 survived.
Investigators are still trying to determine what caused a Murmansk-bound Superjet on May 5 to make an emergency landing at Sheremetyevo less than an hour after taking off.
This has not been confirmed by the official investigation.
