He suggested Smith-Schuster's late-game fumble against the Saints a year ago cost the Steelers their postseason chances.

But when taking into consideration that Brown hasn't even officially been off the Steelers for a full month, and he's already acting like this, thank goodness the Rams never expressed heavy interest in the wideout while keeping their current trio of receivers in place. He showed support for his fellow wide receiver from the Pro Bowl but made clear he wouldn't be involved.

The feud started when Brown wrote Sunday on Twitter: "Keep your emotions off the internet", which prompted a response from multiple fans.

Antonio Brown's jab at JuJu Smith-Schuster did more than ruffle the feathers of Steelers fans.

What did Brown think this post was going to accomplish?

Apparently, it was also the final blow Smith-Schuster could take before responding because the third-year wide receiver clapped back with his own series of Tweets. Roethlisberger may have contributed to some of the tension by saying after a November loss to the Denver Broncos that the Steelers erred in drawing up a late, goal-line pass play for Brown and instead "should've went to [Smith-Schuster] four straight plays". That had provoked Brown to criticize Smith-Schuster for brown-nosing because he is still on his rookie contract.

Smith-Schuster led the Steelers in receptions (111) and yards (1,426) last season.

That tweet was soon followed by this advice from Brown: "Do not listen to any National Football League player who haven't got paid yet!"

It's not like Brown revealed anything we didn't know about Smith-Schuster.
