Britain's Prince Harry and his wife Meghan attended a play on Tuesday evening about the young Charles Darwin's 19th Century expedition on HMS Beagle, in aid of forest conservation.
The Duchess of York penned an open letter encouraging kindness.
They mentioned a five-page letter she wrote to her father, Thomas Markle Sr.
In a nutshell, she employed the KonMarkle Method, a strategy that's all about removing (or ignoring) anyone around you who's not "sparking joy".
She brought back her cream Amanda Wakeley "Crombie" coat, first worn for the Commonwealth Service previous year and teamed her outfit with olive accessories, including her Ralph Lauren "Ricky" clutch bag. Markle topped her radiant look off with a white, knee-length coat made by designer Amanda Wakeley. "We asked her how her pregnancy was going and she said she was six months and she tapped her tummy", Carla Gandy, a Wallasey resident, told People magazine at the time.
In it, the Duchess pleads with her father to stop giving paid media interviews and to accept the help being offered to him.
The royal couple, who are expecting their first child this spring, attended a special performance at the Natural History Museum in London of Wider Earth, a new theater production that supports their work on behalf of protecting forests around the world.
Fair to say the British press's absolute obsession with covering every speck of dirt Meghan Markle treads on is approaching levels of pure insanity, and the tide against the tabloids is slowly starting to turn.
"Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths", one former co-star said.
Meghan has also faced intense interest from the unsparing United Kingdom press since her engagement to Prince Harry was announced in 2017.
"We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby", the source continued.
