Those eagerly awaiting confirmation of this leak will not have to wait long - Google is expected to announce its newest Pixel device in less than two months. The gadgets have mostly ridden on the quality of their camera, Google's exclusive branding, and stock Android. Since it's translated from Russian, it's not clear exactly which portion, but I'd bet it's the plastic coating similar to what we have on the Pixel 2, with glass underneath that. The feature that first made it on the HTC U11 gives users a unique way to interact with their devices.
If you didn't like the Pixel 2 XL because of Google's phone philosophy, the Pixel 3 XL won't change your mind. At this rate we wouldn't be surprised to see full reviews get published before the phone even becomes official. This is hardly surprising given that Pixel 3 is expected to be the first handset to run the new Android Pie 9.0 OS out-of-the-box. What do you think of the Google Pixel 3 XL in all of its unofficial glory so far?
The latest leak shows the front and the back of the device including a massive notch on top.
Meanwhile, another Twitter user who goes by the username khoroshev has posted a short video which shows the Pixel 3 XL charging in a wireless charger. It banks not only on the ability of the sensor but also ensures that complimentary software brings out the best. It seems Google is going for a thinner chassis, and is willing to sacrifice battery capacity to get there. Those accessories are consistent with what we've seen in previous leaked images.
Like the Pixel 3 XL, the Pixel 3 will ship with a pair of wired USB-C earbuds, and it won't feature a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
